Shipping And Delivery

Orders placed through our website usually undergo Order Processing (Handling Time) within 1-2 business days, Monday to Fri.

We deliver your order straight to your address. Depending on your location, transit time can be between 3-4 Business days, Monday to Friday.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at: sheree@blissfulbrashop.com
 if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.

CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: sheree@blissfulbrashop.com
, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly upon receipt. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
